I have to take this opportunity to thank you for your Peak program. The intensity level, combination of strength and cardio, motivation, and variety are just fantastic.
I taught group exercise for 25 years in the Sacramento area, stopping a year ago at age 50 because I was burned out. High intensity was always my specialty and I spent the last 15 years teaching indoor cycle classes and swimming/biking/running. Our bodies can do so much more than we think they can, we just have to give them a chance!
Anyway, I searched for an efficient workout I could do at home that was unlike what I had been doing for years. So happy I found your program! I’ve been to so many conferences, workshops and classes over the years and seen so much progression in the industry. I love that you aren’t afraid to challenge people to take their fitness level higher than they have before, but you do it in a kind and welcoming way. What I like most, though, is that I can get a super workout every day in one hour and don’t need to spend three hours cycling and swimming just to feel like I got the job done.
