A Breakthru Trainer will help you create your personal fitness program tailored to your needs & provide you with the guidence, motivation & commitment needed to help achieve your workout goals. You will work out harder, more consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own.
We Offer A Variety of Options:
Private Training (1 client per 60 minute session)
Custom one-on-one training programs designed to achieve your desired results.
Partner Training (2-3 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
Share a session with a friend or spouse to increase your motivation and commitment.
Small Group Training (4-6 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
Although Breakthru specializes in one on one personal training, we understand the need for more affordable options. Our small group training sessions are a smart way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a small group of 4-6 people. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. It is recommended that all participants take a minimum of five personal training sessions (one on one) before beginning small group training.
