I’d like to share with you the success I have been having being a member of Breakthru fitness.
With the summer off, my plan was to acquire a free trial pass from all the nearby gyms until I decided on which gym I would join. Your gym was the first gym I tried out and although I knew the membership fees would be a bit high for me, I was immediately sold! I joined because I liked the luxurious small gym look, the friendly staff, the variety of equipment, classes, and the location is so close to home. I started off by taking Augustine and Byron’s classes religiously.
In September, I joined the Lose 2 Win program and I love it! Tynan, Victoria and Kanda have been so helpful in keeping me motivated so I can work on my goal of losing weight and leading a healthy lifestyle. I’m still about 90 pounds away form my ideal weight but I am extremely excited that your team has given me hope. You see, this past summer, 2 friends advised me to look into having the lap-band surgery. I AM SO GLAD I didn’t take that route. The knowledge I am acquiring from your team through practice and dedication will last me a lifetime.

It’s early on in the program, but I really want to compliment you on the changes that have been made to Lose2Win. The addition of the InBody and the other assessments is really excellent.
Tynan’s (Lose 2 Win trainer) explanation and interpretation of the results was absolutely as awesome! The kick-off day ran so smoothly, and seemed very organized — No easy task when you have a large group coming in and so many different things to accomplish! t goes without saying, our morning team of trainers — yourself included — are wonderful. This is an effective weight loss and fitness program by combining the calorie count with the exercise program. The team concept is key and having a great trainer like Cesar made it easier. Irene lost 20.5lbs

My experience with Breakthru trainer was fantastic. Although I didn’t shed the pounds in the short program like I initially wanted to, I have gained a tremendous amount of strength and a fair amount of muscle mass.
